Report Apartheid against the Palestinian people



Palestine

will present the report to the Heart Apartheid against the Palestinian people. T his
report is intended, from a distance and without any preconceived making
party, determine whether a crime of apartheid against the Palestinian
people.While it is true that the international community decided to
establish the figure of the crime of apartheid as a result of what was
happening in South Africa, once the original cause of
creation-segregationist and racist regime in South Africa-the
prosecution of this crime against humanity remains in force, either
through the provisions of the Convention against apartheid, the Rome
Statute of the International Criminal Court or in customary
international law.

As Article 7 of the
Statute of the International Criminal Court Apartheid s’el defined as
those “inhumane acts committed as part of a widespread or systematic
attack against a civilian population with knowledge of that attack,
committed in the context of an institutionalized regime of systematic
oppression and domination of one racial group over one or more racial
groups and with the intention of maintaining that regime. “Taking as
reference the current definition that has been given, which includes all
the common law and customary international law in this regard, this
report is to determine, using well established in the Convention against
apartheid, if people Palestinian suffering is a comparable situation
and policy.
