Israeli forces have continued their aerial, ground and sea attacks throughout the Gaza Strip, causing more civilian casualties and damaging civilian facilities. Israeli forces escalated their attacks throughout the Gaza Strip. On Friday morning, 01 August 2014, following the collapse of the humanitarian truce declared at midnight, and as Israel claimed that an Israeli soldier was kidnapped in Rafah, Israeli forces in an unprecedented and hysterical manner bombarded all areas throughout Rafah from the air, the ground and the sea.
