This
report documents the impact of the ongoing closure imposed by the Israeli
Occupation Forces (IOF) on the economic and social life of Palestinian
civilians.  This report addresses the
state of the commercial crossings and crossings designated for the movement of
persons.  It also refutes Israelis claims
concerning the alleged easing of the closure, which has now been imposed for
five years.  The following sets out the
most significant developments relevant to Gaza’s border crossings during the
reporting period (01 – 31 March 2012)
