This report documents the impact of
the ongoing Israeli-imposed siege on Palestinian civilians, which affects their
economic and social life during the reporting period.  The report addresses the state of the
commercial crossings and crossings designated for the movement of persons
during the reporting period.  The report
refutes Israel’s claims about the alleged easing of the closure, which has been
imposed for 5 consecutive years.  The
