The Palestinian Centre for Human Rights (PCHR) held an honorary
meeting for its Financial Officer, Rami Abu Shaban,  who recently ended his service at PCHR to
join private banking business. Chairman of the Board of Directors, Dr. Riad
al-Za’noun; the Board members; directors of the units and PCHR’s staff
participated in the meeting.

In the meeting, Mr. Raji Sourani, Director of PCHR, praised the
performance of Abu Shaban while working in PCHR for more than 15 years,
commending his hard work and flexible handling of work requirements related to
the financial files of PCHR, and working on improving the financial system and
ensuring the stability that PCHR has had since it was founded, in addition to
his humanitarian relations that characterized him on the local and the international
levels.

For his part, Abu Shaban expressed thanked PCHR, praising the
experience and the knowledge he has gained for years.

At the conclusion of the honorary meeting, the Chairman of the
Board of Directors presented PCHR’s honorary shield to Abu Shaban in
recognition of his efforts to achieve the desired goals.

It is worth mentioning that Abu Shaban will continue his work as a
financial advisor for PCHR on a voluntary basis.
