The Palestinian Centre for Human Rights (PCHR) condemns in the strongest terms the Israeli Occupation Forces’ (IOF) widescale and deadly attacks on the Gaza Strip, including bombing of houses on top of residents, mass killings, including wiping out entire families, separating the central Gaza Strip from Gaza City via Salah al-Deen Street, and issuing further displacement orders. All these acts indicate Israel’s insistence on continuing its crime of genocide against the Palestinians.

PCHR warns of Israel’s returning to commit extensive mass killings, intensify its policy of starvation and deprivation of medical treatment that will claim thousands of further lives either by direct bombardment or devastating repercussions of the ongoing siege. All this will deteriorate the already catastrophic situation in the Gaza Strip that has not seen any improvement over the past months.
PCHR calls on the international community to take decisive and urgent measures to stop the ongoing crime of genocide and hold the Israeli leaders accountable for their atrocious crimes. PCHR also urges the state parties to the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide to fulfil their legal obligations and take urgent action to protect the Palestinian civilians from the genocide and mass killings.
