IOF offensive on Gaza strip continues for the 10^th consecutive day;   unprecetented ground attacks and whole families fall in between who has been killed and who has been injured and the number of palestinians killed rises to 505 including 106 children and 22 women

IQF have continued their agrressive on the Gaza strip for the 10 th day without making any moral or legal decision  by the international commuinity to stop the agrression, or at least tame the israeli forces and to oblige them for stopping to kill civilian palestinians and ruining their properties, and to reduce using their excessive arming force against the palestinians. PCHR argued that the international community, represents the body empowerd to save the secutity in the world (UN security council) deliberately acts the opposite for the charter of the UN in order to give the israeli force extra time to keep the open war against the palestinians territories in the gaza strip, and can less hundreds of civilians souls , including whole families. In acordance to the civil investigations that the PCHR makes the israeli exceeds their ground aggression last night and todays dawn, and expropriated more from the innocent civilians while they are inside their houses, and used all their military and equipment forces in the  housing areas to shot without any justification, while whole families fall down between killed and injured, as well the rest of the civilians suffers from acute shortage in the elementary food supplements, specially childrens milk and bread, medications, gaza also witnesses a blackout electricity and water, the thing that gaza lives a human disaster in all its standards.

Later on yesterday when the PCHR breasts monitoring for the war crimes that the occupation in gaza lacks, it was a series of crimes that’s was lacked during the 24 last hours as follows :

Northern Gaza strip

During the last 24 hours in the northern gaza strip it was killed 37 palestinians, 32 of them are civilians including 6 children while 129 were injured including 30 child and 19 women. Some of them were killed by a snipers that attacked some of the roofs houses in the north and west Beit Lahia, others were killed by airoplanes that circling in the air of Gaza, while a military aircraft was targeting at 10.00 pm in Sundays evening 4.1.2009, house of condolence of a an amulance officer Arafeh Hani Abd AlDayem in Beit Hanoon he was shotted with others yesterday morning after targeting an abulance they were driving and then afterwards he died , at the condolence house three of his relatives were killed including a child while otheres were injured, the dead are:

Arafat Muhamad Abd Aldayem, 13 years old.

Maher Younes Abd Aldayem, 30 years old

Nafeth Jamal Abd Aldayem, 26 years old

And Samir Ayadah Alsharaf was killed also 48 years old, he works as a vegetable seller while he was been at his his house in Tel Alza’atar in Beit Lahia after he was shoted by a Missile.

Also Belal Abd Rabuh Shehab, 25 years old, he was shotted by a bullet affected cheast while he was at his house.

It was seen in a friction areas especially Alatatrah and Salateen areas and Alnada towers and west and north areas from Beit Lahia that is near from the areas that was attacked by israeli forces, an intensive fire from a heavy weapons and artillery shells directed their houses. Which affects it and tens of palestinians fall wounded. UNRWA and ?? have opened many of their schools to accommodate families who were displaced from this area

Gaza Strip

34 people were killed ,30 of them were civilians, including 10 children and 3 women, as well other 60 people were wounded includin 17 child and 5 women.

According to PCHR there were many victims who had fall inside their houses whether by a military planes or by an artillery or tank in the south and east sides from the occupied areas of Gaza strip, the most important crimes according to PCHR are:

At approximtely 12.00 yesterday on Sunday, 4 people were killed including 3 children and 3 women while they were at Nemer family roof in Hay Alzaytoun by a shell and they victimes are as follows:

Akram Zeyad Alnemer, 17 years old

Ayman Zeyad Alnemer, 8 years old

Ayman Muhamad Afaneh, 25 years old

Asmaa Ibrahim Afaneh, 12 years old

At the same previous timing both Israa Qusay Alhabash, 13 years old and Shatha Alabed Alhabash, 10 years old were killed, they are from Hay Altofah and were killed by a shell from a military plane while they were near from their house.

And at approximately at 3.00 pm Omar Saed Allah Jaro, 63 years old was killed and 11 people from his family were injured while they were at their house in Yafa Street east Hay Altofa7 by a military plane and also a destruction of the house

And at approximately at 3.30 yesterday evening a military plane shotted 3 paramedics while they were going to the amublance to move the injured peoplein Tal Alhawa area they are as follows

Yaser Kamal Shpeer, 24 years old

Anas Fadel Naim, 25 years old

Ra’fat Abd Alaal, 24 years old

At approximately 5.00 evening a military plane shotted a palestinian house from AlAmoodi family from Alshate’ camp and the result was to destruct the whole house nd to kill Abd Alhameed Khamees Omar, 19 years old while he was passing infromt his house

At approximately 5.00 evening also Muhammad Shehadeh Alnamnam, 62 years old, his  house was destructed that contains 4 floors and 5 people were injured also.

At approximately 5.30 evening Fouad Mahmoud Alhelo, 55 years old and his grand son Farah Amar Alhelo  years old were transmitted to the Shefa’a Hospital as a dead bodies affected by a gunshot wounds,and as their relative mentioned that they were affected  by the israeli’s forces while they were at their house in Hay Alzaytoun in east Gaza 

At approximately 11.45 pm the house of Hasan Algandour

40 Years old was shotted by a military plane that causes a serious damage, he lives in Hay Aldaraj which is made by 2 floors, it also affects two other houses.

At approximately 12.20 mid night, another house were shotted for Yaser Yousef Hussein 40 years old by a military plane until it is damaged , he is from Hay Alzaytoun which is made by 2 floors.

At approximately 1.00 Monday dawn, the Union Assembly committees health care in Alshate’ camp was shotted by a shell from F16 plane which causes its whole damage, also to damage 3 other clinics    

At approximately 1.30 dawn F16 plane shotted a house that is made of 3 floors for Rezeq Saber Abu Eisheh that is located in the North of Alshate’ Camp, West Gaza by a shell and some of his family were killed also. Until this document is publishes 3 bodies were transmitted to Shefa’ Hospital it is shown that for eash of the following:

Amer Rezeq Abu Eisheh,40 years old

His wife Sbah Rashad Abu Eisheh, 40 years old

His son Ahmed Amer Abu Eisheh, 5 years old

And still other 4 of his family under the rubble until this statement is published, civil defense corpse communicated their work by liftin the ruble to reach to the rest of the family members which are: the second wife of Amer Abu Eisheh (Naheel)30 years old, and his children, Alsayed 12 years old, Muhammad 8 years old, Ghaida’ 6 years old

At approximately 7.00 am F16 plane and an artillery strikes a house who belongs to Atieh Helmy Alsamony 68 years old that is located east Hay Alzaytoun in Gaza which leads to a killing of 3 childrens :

Ahmad Atieh Alsamoony, 4 years old

Ameen Atieh Alsamoony, 5 years old

Muhammad Helmy Alsamoony, 8 months

As mentioned by those children’s relatives that there are more victims under the rubble and the civil defense corpse and the medical stuff can’t reach to this area because it is so dangerous.

Central Gaza Strip

Many areas in the central gaza strip witnessed an exodus of tens of Palestinians from Johor Aldeek area, Almegraqa and Alzahra’a city from their houses that is located along the ? way that links between Ma’abar almentar (karny) along the border strip east and the shate’ albahar west, the forces centered in the area and is separated the south of Gaza from the north,

The UNRWA and the Refugees ? opened their schools to accommodate the displaced families which were displaced because the tanks strikes their houses through the fire and the artillery shells. And since yesterday evening until making this report 3 bodies arrived Shuhada’ Alaqsa hospital in Deir Albalah city plus 11 wounded all of them are civilians from the cities that were mentioned before the victims are:

A’ED Abdalhadi Abu Nada, 43 years old, by a bullet affected his head

Ahmed Salem Ahmed Abu Madeen 54 years old, by a bullet affected his head

Muhammad Abdalhameed Abu Kameel, 22 years old, his body turned to pieces during shotiing him by a shell from a poll plane

Later to this crimes,

At approximately 2.10 Monday dawn, 2009/1/5 israel warplane bombarded a house belonging to Fareed Muhammad Alhinde 52 years old that is located in Blook 8 in Albareig Camp by a shell which affected it by a serious damage and then after 10 minutes an F16 plane rebombed the house which affected it by a whole damage and affects other near houses by a partial damage. It was mentioned that the target house is made of a 4-storey in which 3 families living in and they are 30 people.

At approximately 5.00 dawn a warplane bombarded a leadership in Jabha Sha’bieh’s house by 2 shells belongs to Jamil Saleh Mizher in Nserat and sfter 15 minutes rebombed it by a shell from an F16 plane, that causes it a whole damage, it was mentioned that the house is a 4 storey and 5 familes live in and they are 30 people the fire came fully, the bombing also damaged  the Karmel cultural societyand has a damage in some of the near houses, also 2 people were wounded by a flying debris and the ruins of houses.

At approximately 10.00 morning a poll plane and an F16 plane in a time lag about 10 minutes bomarded a 2-storey house belonging to Galeb Mustafa Othman it is located in the north of the towers in Alnserat Camp, which 4 families lives in and they are 16 people that causes its whole damage and affected other 7 near houses

At approximately 10.50 morning two poll planes and F16 in a time lag about 16 minutes bombarded a 1-storey house  belonging to Fayez Muhammad Sulieman Barood, 40 years old, that caused its whole damage and to damage 2 near houses a serious damage and 10 other houses a partial damage.

Khan Yunis

At  approximately 4.00 Sunday evening , 4 january 2009  israeli naval  vessel were fired  3 shells to the safe areas of the west of khan yunis that is previously were bombed.

At approximately 5.40 evening  an Israeli  poll plane fired a shell against Salah Amer Abu Amer, 50 years old while he was working as an authorization in the secondary khan yunis school in khan yunis camp he was moderately wounded

At approximately 5.50 evening israeli’s planes bombed a house belonging to Ismaeil Abd Jargoun while he was un manned in the Soufa rossing border south east khan yunis which caused it a whole damage

At the same time an Israeli poll plane bombes a house belonging to Marzouk Abu Jame’ at new Absaan area, east khan yunis by a shell which caused  a partial damage and affected 2 people.

At approximately 9.00 evening the naval vessels bombed an open area in the west of Khan Yunis

At approximately 2.30 modany dawn, January,1 2009 the isreli planes bombes a house belonging to Yaser Nathmi Hamdan at AlAmal neighborhood in Khan Yunis, he is an active member in Hamas, his 3-storey house was damaged, 12 families lives at and they are 78 members but without any affection. And the house was bombes at the beginning by a shell from a poll plane, so it was ordered to be eviction in order to bomb it again after half an hour by another shell from an Israeli plane.

At approximately 4.30 dawn, the israeli’s planes bombed a 1-storey house belonging to Khalil Ahmed Khalil Abu Moussa in Khan Yunis Camp which lead to a serious damage of the house on an area of 2.250 and tiled by Asbestos it was previously bombed by a shell from a poll plane.

At approximately 3.20 the Israeli planes bombed a ground house tiled by absestos belonging to Muthana Amer Klaab at AlAmal neighborhood, which 3 families lives in and they are 15 members, only the house was damaged without the affection of people.

At approximately 10.10 morning the israeli’s planes bombed the Nour charity society that is located near Bahlool station at Bani Suhaila East Khan Yunis which caused its whole damage, noted that the society is made up with a ground floor that consists of center for medicine specialist and Physiotherapy

It is referenced that there is a displacement among the civilian population in many of the areas to other areas that assumed they are more safe.

Rafah:

During the period in between 1.00 -1.53 the Israeli planes bombed many shells to the AlNaser street near of AlNaser municipality north Rafah that links between Omar Ben AlKhatab street in the west and Salah Aldein in east the bombed killed 2 people one of them is a child and they are:

Zeyad Muhammad Abu Sanimeh, 10 years old and Salman Hamad Abu Khamash, 40 years old also it damaged the above street mentioned.

At approximately 3.50 the Israeli planes bombed a motorcycle that was going in Taha Husein street in Kherbet AlAdas neighborhood north Rafah it was driven by Muhammad Ibrahim Abu Sha’ar a member of Kata’eb AlQassam also employed by the police which caused his death.

At approximately 4.00 evening the Israeli planes bombed free zones in AlSalam neighborhood south east Rafah without reporting for any damage.

At approximately 5.00 evening the Israeli tanks bombed houses and lands in AlShokah town south east Rafah which causes a killing of a child named Ismaeil Abdullah Abu Sanemeh, 12 years old.

At approximately 5.05 the warplanes bombed a house belonging to Muhammad Fahjan a member in Kata’eb AlQasam that is located in AlJaninyah neighborhood north Rafah, causing a whole destruction and a financial damage in some of the neighboring houses, the house was empty from people before the bombing and they had a phone call from Israeli soldiers giving them 10 minutes to evacuate it before bombing.

at approximately 6.00 evening the Israeli planes bombed free zones in Alshokah town east Rafah without any damaging

at approximately 6.10 evening the Israeli planes came back and bombed a free zones in Alshokah town  east Rafah without any damaging also.

At approximately 12.37 Monday dawn January 5,2009 the Israeli planes bombed an open land on the Naser way north Rafah and the same bombing happened after 15 minutes.

At approximately 1.04 dawn the Israeli planes bombed the border strip for Salah AlDein gate south Rafah and the bombing repeated at 1.20 dawn and again at 1.35 dawn

At approximately 1.50 dawn the Israeli planes bombed a free zone in Brazil neighborhood south Rafah

At approximately 2.00 dawn the Israeli planes bombed the border strip with Egypt south Rafah and the bombing repeated at 3.00 dawn and again 6.00 morning

The previous bombing also killed 9 people including 3 children.

At approximately 11.30 morning the Israeli planes bombed a house belonging to Muhammad Abu Shamaleh and he is a leader in Kataeb AlQasam “the military side of Hamas” that is located in Yabna Camp in Rafah and after 10 minutes they bombed the house again until it is damaged and other neighbor houses were affected also

At approximately 11.55 morning , the Israeli planes bombed a house belonging to Raed AlAtar he is a leader in Hamas “the military side of Hamas” that is located in Yabna in Rafah and after 10 minutes they bombed it again which was totally damaged and affected the neighbor houses, noted that it is the second house for Raed AlAtar.

At approximately 12.15 morning the Israeli planes bombed a house belonging to Ibrahim Abu Naja he is a leader in Kataeb Alqasam ACTUALLY IN Alshaboora camp in Rafah and after 10 minutes they bombed it again which causes a damage to the house and the neighborhood houses.

In light of crimes committed by IOF against the Palestinian civilian population and property in the Gaza Strip, PCHR:

1)   Condemns these crimes, which are part of a series of continuous crimes committed by IOF in the Occupied Palestinian Territory (OPT) with total disregard for the lives of Palestinian civilians, considering them a form of collective punishment against the Palestinian civilian population in violation of article 33 of the Geneva Convention Relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War.

2)   Holds Israel responsible for the lives of Palestinian civilians in all circumstances. Under the international law, the existence of armed resistance does not in any case justify the use of such excessive force disproportionately and indiscriminately.

3)   Warns that the lives of Palestinian civilians are endangered in light of threats vowed by Israeli political and military officials to expand military operations against the population of the Gaza Strip.

4)   Calls upon the international community to immediately intervene to stop such crimes, and calls upon the High Contracting Parties to the Geneva Convention, Relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War, to fulfill their obligation under article 1 of the Convention to ensure respect for the Convention in all circumstances, as well as their obligation under article 146 to search for and prosecute those who are responsible for perpetrating grave breaches of the Convention, as such breaches constitute war crimes according to article 147 of the Convention and the Protocol Additional to the Geneva Conventions of 12 August 1949, and Relating to the Protection of Victims of International Armed Conflicts (Protocol I).
