On the 15th consecutive day, the Israeli occupation forces continued shooting and killing Palestinian civilians. The number of Palestinian victims of the Israeli aggression has increased to 90 martyrs and more than 2400 wounded people.

PCHR’s field officers reported that violent clashes broke out in the afternoon near Al-Tuffah Roadblock to the west of Khan Yunis, near Salah El-Din Gate on the Egyptian borders in Rafah, and in the vicinity of the settlement Kfar Darom near Deir El-Balah. More than 25 Palestinian civilians were injured by bullets shot by the Israeli occupation forces in these areas. In addition, tens of Palestinian civilians were hurt due to inhaling tear gas used by the Israeli occupation forces against demonstrators.

In the West Bank, PCHR learned that the Israeli occupation forces used live ammunition against Palestinian demonstrator in Hebron and killed Mansour Taha Sayed Ahmed, 21 years old, by a bullet to the abdomen. In addition, a number of civilians as well were injured in these clashes. The cities of Jerusalem, Jenin, Beithlehem and Al-Bireh witnessed also clashes with the Israeli occupation forces which used live ammunition against demonstrators and injured more than 50 civilians.

The Israeli occupation authorities continue their policy of collective punishment, through continuing to impose a comprehensive siege on the whole occupied Palestinian territories. They re-closed Rafah border crossing with Egypt, after they opened it few days ago with a very reduced staff. Gaza International Airport and commercial border crossings of the Gaza Strip into Israel are still closed too.
